| JS: I found him in a shelter at North County Humane Society in Ocean Side, CA. |
| DR: Oh, I love to Hear that. How awesome, as that is how I found my Poodle. She is the Best. How old is Duke? |
| JS: He is eight & a half years old. |
| DR: What I am so impressed with is that you said he has been in 20 commercials. Any advice from the Pro on how to get your Pet in Commercials & Film? |
| JS: If you live in a city like L.A. or New York, where there's more production, it's possible. It takes years if you really want to get your Pet in this business. Make a Video, get Pictures, find a production company where you live. This is what I do for a living. I do animal training for TV. It's very Important that animals are raised on a set with cameras, lighting, and people. |
| DR: That has been my advice in Production and Casting for years. | JS: I know of some in New York. But you know what your Animal can do, what they truly are Capable of. Your agent does not know your Animal the way that you do. |
| DR: Now I see you have 3 Videos out at this time. Tell me about them & where can people buy your Videos? |
| JS: Yes I do have "Dog Training", "Caring for your Dog", and "Selecting a Dog". Many dogs end up in a Shelter because they are not trained or cared for. I can make a Difference. Videos can be bought at Petco Stores or at Petopia.com for $6.99 - 9.99. |
